About QLink Windsor-Essex
QLink Windsor-Essex is a collaborative of three local organizations including Windsor Pride Community, Windsor-Essex Pride Fest and Family Services Windsor-Essex working together to deliver peer-led supports, programs and counselling for LGBTQ+ youth between the ages of 12-29 years of age and their families, caregivers, allies and friends.
QLink Windsor-Essex programs and services will offer welcoming, inclusive, safe environments for youth to explore and discuss uniquire experiences related to sexual orientation and gender identity and expression, building connections and develop a sense of community.
All QLink Windsor-Essex programs and services is offered at no cost to to those youth in the Windsor-Essex community who need it.

Windsor Pride Community
Incorporated in 2006, Windsor Pride Community (WPC) is a charitable organization whose goal is to create a culture of belonging, empowerment and acceptance for Windsor-Essex’s LGBTQ+ community, their families, friends, allies and service providers through the delivery of educational events and workshops, programs and social supports. WPC achieves its mission through education events and workshops to inform and increase understanding of the diversity of biological sex, gender identity and sexual orientation. Workshops and education events are delivered to teachers, school administrators, social workers, health, and home care and service providers, as well as the business and local governmental agencies.

Windsor-Essex Pride Fest
Our mission is to a strengthen and empower Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer and Two Spirit individuals through its social and recreational programming and events and facilitates opportunities for the community to connect and celebrate the diversity and culture of Windsor Essex. Windsor-Essex Pride Fest is run by a volunteer Board of Directors that deliver safe, inclusive events, programs and initiatives accessible to all members of the LGBTIQ+, their family, caregivers, allies and friend and seeks to strengthen and contribute to the health, resilience and overall well-being of LGBTTIQ+ persons in Windsor-Essex. Windsor Essex Pride Fest advocates on behalf of Windsor-Essex to safeguard the rights of the LGBTQ2S+ community, ward against discrimination and foster a community of inclusion and engagement for all of its citizens. Pride Fest will continue to promote acceptance of LGBTQ2S+ identities with education, initiatives and community partnerships.

Family Services Windsor-Essex
Established in 1951, Family Services Windsor-Essex (FSWE) is a non-profit, charitable organization serving Windsor and Essex County whose mission is to support communities and families and help people to restore their ability to choose their own place in the world through counselling and individual support services. In 2014, FSWE purchased 1770 Langlois and the Langlois Community Hub was created. The building’s size presented an opportunity to bring together complementary but previously separated services, professions and organizations across the health, mental health, legal and financial sectors to offer client-centered support services provide strategies to help people live independently become healthy, resilient and connected people, families and communities. All FSWE services are provided by qualified counsellors through walk-ins, appointments and groups.
