We offer day and evening classes specifically designed to support Adult Non-Credit courses such as English as a Second Language and Literacy and Basic Skills instruction, along with credit courses to support post-secondary studies. The Unemployed Help Centre of Windsor Inc. is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to meeting the needs of vulnerable people living in Windsor and Essex County.
